Since V&J is recognized by the Chrysler, the repair process retains your vehicles value at the best rate possible for a repaired car. Our process follows Chrysler's incredible standards which allows them to keep the car's value high even after a collision. In the V&J Auto Body repair process, we take special care to facilitate all of the mandatory training, tools, equipment, and customer service facilities to help ensure the perfect finish, fit, safety, durability, and value of Chrysler's industry leading standardsOur repair process begins with the insurance adjusters as we tear down the vehicle. We diagnose and document every piece and trim that is taken down, giving us easy access to a library of your vehicles history to quickly diagnose any problems that may occur. After tearing down and receiving authorization, we order the parts for your car from Chrysler approved Car Dealerships. We expect the companies we deal with to follow the same standards that both Chrysler and V&J Auto Body follow as well. After the parts arrive, we repair the vehicle, prep, sand, paint, and reassemble your Chrysler. Once your Chrysler is fully repaired, we take special care to run a 120 point inspection on the car to ensure that everything is functioning as close as it did to the day you bought it. We then give it a visual test and a road test to make sure it looks slick and clean, and runs smoothly. Upon passing our road test and visual inspection we perform a diagnostic test. We perform the Diagnostic test to ensure that everything is running as originally designed. It is our job as a Chrysler certified repair facility to make sure that your car is as close to how it was originally driven off the dealership lot as it could possibly be. We know you selected a Chrysler because they are a highly trusted brand, and we strive hard for Chrysler to trust our Auto Body the same way you trust Chrysler. Just as Chrysler strives to be America's Import, V&J Auto Body strives to be Long Island's Auto Body.
